OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES
1. Sponsor and Administrator

2. Eligibility
- Who Can Enter: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
- Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
4. Entry Period
- The giveaway begins on [date] at [time zone] and ends on [date] at [time zone].
- Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
- Entry Method(s): Tag @spadascura and any firearm manufacturers that would be an interesting combinationwith our products and be entered to win.
- Limitations on Entries: Multiple Entries Allowed
6. Prizes
- Description of the Prize(s): Pick 1 (Pick 1 of any product) ranges from $59.99 to $175.99, Bundle of 3 is $275.99. All prices are before taxes
- Number of Winners: 3 winners of the Pick 1 and 2 winners of the 3 piece Bundle
- Restrictions or Limitations: No cash or other prize substitution is permitted
7. Winner Selection and Notification
- Selection Method: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries
- Date of Selection: January 13th until January 31st, 2025
- Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and winners have 10 days to respond.
- Potential Winner Verification: Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and/or publicity release. Failure to comply within the specified time period may result in disqualification.
8. Odds of Winning
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Publicity
- By entering the giveaway, entrants consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, social media handle, and/or entry for promotional or marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Conditions of Participation
- Disqualification: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
- Termination/Modification: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
- Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and respective officers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Limitations of Liability
- The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate information.
- Technical failures of any kind.
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process.
- Technical or human error in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.
12. Disputes
- This giveaway is governed by the laws of California in the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, entrants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved amicably and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.
- In any such dispute, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
